  4. Personorientering • Mobilisering af medlemmer i tilrettelæggelsen af en særlig primærvalgsproces ift partibosser • Mulighed for at primarys kan blive ramt af ”cross-party crossover”, fordi partierne i USA ikke er ligeså godt organiseret som i andre lande
