MSU Contract and Grant Profile. Why is having an accurate profile important? This profile feeds into any eTransmittals submitted. It determines who approves the eTransmittal as well as how the F&A (Overhead) will be distributed to Institutes.

  2. Why is having an accurate profile important? • This profile feeds into any eTransmittals submitted. It determines who approves the eTransmittal as well as how the F&A (Overhead) will be distributed to Institutes. • Accuracy will move eTransmittals through the system efficiently and avoid unnecessary delays.

  3. To view your profile and request any changes please do the following: • -Log into OSP/CGA’s website https://www.cga.msu.edu/(click on Sign In, top right hand corner, see image below).

  4. -Next click on Please Update Your Profile (top right hand corner)

  5. -Your Profile Information should now be open. Click on Credit Distribution (top of page)

  6. Under the Credit Distribution Tab you will see all of credit distributions available for your profile and on which Apps (eTransmittals) those profiles are associated. • Make sure your correct distribution is one of the options (there may be several available for Overhead Credit Distribution) • Ext Ag and Agribusiness (10058940) • Ext Children and Youth (10058941) • Ext Greening MI (10058942) • Ext Health & Nutrition (10058946) • MSUE Director’s Office (10058282) • Make sure it is the default routing. The default routing is marked as *Default Routing.

  7.
