La propuesta abriendo escuelas para crecer pretende formar ambientes escolares armónicos dentro y fuera de clase, libres de violencia para desarrollar competencias básicas de diversas áreas como: arte, cultura, la recreación, la inclusión, el cuidado del medio ambiente, la salud y el uso de las Tic´sentre otros. Propósito

  3. La Escuela del siglo XXl debe tender a dar espacios dentro y fuera de la institución para lograr ambientes que permitan el desarrollo integral de los educandos. La propuesta abriendo la escuela para crecer propone que la escuela esté permanentemente abierta, ofreciendo a quien la visite. La posibilidad de asistir, en permanencia voluntaria, a talleres artísticos, culturales, recreativos, deportivos y científicos. Principalmente por las tardes posibilitando que los niños y jóvenes inviertan el tiempo en que sus padres trabajen en actividades productivas para su formación, los encargados de los talleres deben ser los encargados del consejo escolar de participación social (CEPS) integrado por alumnos, padres, ex-alumnos, maestros miembros distinguidos de la comunidad y todo el que desee integrarse a este. Consejo que gestionará ante diversas instancias el financiamiento para la operación de esta propuesta. JUSTIFICACION

  7. COMITÉ CIUIDADANO AL CUIDADO DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE DESARROLLO DE COMPETENCIAS PARA EL CUIDADO, USO RACIONAL Y PRESERVACIÓN DE LOS RECURSOS NATURALES

  8. COMITÉ DE DESALIENTO DE PRACTICAS QUE GENERAN VIOLENCIA Y ACOSO ESCOLAR FOMENTAR AMBIENTES ESCOLARES ARMONICOS Y LIBRES DE VIOLENCIA

  9. COMITÉ DE INTEGRACION EDUCATIVA PROMOVER LA INCLUCIÓN

  10. COMITÉ DE NUEVAS TECNOLOGIAS EN LA EDUCACIÓN DESARROLAR COMPETENCIAS BASICAS EN TODOS LOS ALUMNOS PARA EL USO DE LAS TIC´S

  11. COMITÉ DE ACTIVIDADES RECREATIVAS ARÍSTICAS Y CULTURALES FOMENTAR EL APROVECHAMIENTO DEL CARÁCTER FORMATIVO E INTEGRAL DE LAS ACTIVIDADES INDIVIDUALES Y COLECTIVAS ATRAVES DEL ARTE, LA CULTURA Y LA RECREACIÓN

  12. COMITÉ DE PROTECCIÓN CÍVIL Y SEGURIDAD ESCOLAR FOMENTAR UNA CULTURA DE PREVENCIÓN PARA RESPONDER A LAS CONTINGENCIAS ESCOLARES

  13. LAS ACCIONES QUE EL CEPS IMPLEMENTE EN CADA COMITÉ SERÁ DE ACUERDO AL CONTEXTO Y LAS POSIBILIDADES DE CADA CENTRO ESCOLAR
