  3. ANCHOR UPDATES Cathy Gibson Anchor RHP 15 DY 6 Rule Packet #2 The adopted rules will be published in the Texas Register in either October or November, 2016 HHSC will notify anchors when they are published.

HHSC October DY5 Reporting Webinar • Wednesday, October 5, 2016 • Time: 11:00 - 12:30AM, Mountain Standard Time • To join the online meeting: • 1) Go to Join WebEx meeting2) Click on Attend Meeting • 3) Enter Meeting Number: 737 847 551 • 4) Call 888-613-0404 • To join the audio conference only: All participants should dial 888-613-0404 (no password necessary). You will be placed directly into the audio conference.

TIMELINE • Waiver Planning Timeline: • September 30, 2016 - HHSC will approve or deny the additional information submitted in response to HHSC comments. • Category 3 Stretch Activity Selections for DY6 DUE • October 1, 2016 – Online reporting tool opens for DY5 Reporting • October 3, 2016 - Approved DY6 projects are effective. HHSC will send final DY6A project information to Anchors. • October 5, 2016 – Webinar for DY5 Reporting • October 31, 2016 – DY5 Reporting Complete
