General Issues • Bills of M/s Elite-core for Net-One service are pending for payment due to non-receipt of certified copy of bills from following SSAs. • Bills for year 2009: SGR (DEC 09), UPR (DEC 09) • Bills for year 2010: BAM, BND, JLW, KTH, SGR & UPR • QTPC of NT Switches has not been received from following SSA. • EWSD: UPR(10.8.2012 to 10.02.2013) • OCB: BSW, BAM, BIK, JP, JSM, JLW, JJN, JDP, KTH, • PLI, SRO, SGR & UPR

General Issues • Penalty imposed by JVVNL due to excess load/ poor power factor • Report is yet to be recd. from AJM, BIK, BLW & NUR SSAs. • Creation of “Islands of Excellence” in each SSA • Report is yet to be recd. from ALW, JSM, JDP, NUR, SGR & UPR SSAs. • Review of OB Cancellation for NTC provisioning • Report is yet to be recd. from BSW, BAM, BTP, BLW, BIK, JDP, NUR, SIK, SGR & UPR SSAs.
