  6. Why? • Reduce the need for last-minute assistance • Increase instructor satisfaction with room and equipment • Validate instructor ID card to access technology classrooms. Academic Technology Services

  8. Policies • These classrooms can be Reserved. • Reserve classrooms through the Registrar’s Office. • No Food or Drinks in these Classrooms. Academic Technology Services

Security • Entrance: • To access these rooms use your St. Mary's ID card. • Your card must be activated for the individual classrooms during orientation. • If you have trouble accessing any of these rooms call 1054 • When You Leave: • Make sure the room is locked • Make sure there are no students left in the room • Do not lock the room with anyone left in the room. • Classrooms should be secured upon completion of use. • Faculty must be the last to leave the room and ensure the door is locked. • The only exception: • If the instructor for the next class arrives and accepts responsibility Academic Technology Services
