  2. Morrison Creek Construction Along Union Pacific Railroad • Construction kick-off meeting was held January 5th. • Constructor has provided pre-construction submittals for review. • Coordinating with Sacramento Municipal Utilities District for gas pipeline protection plan.

  3. Post Authorization Change Report (PACR) • Existing conditions hydrology is certified. • Floodplain work is on-going. • PACR is scheduled to complete in July 2014.
