Morrison Creek Construction Along Union Pacific Railroad • Current schedule is to award end of this year, pending real estate rights from Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). • Received tentative approval from UPRR for design at March 30th meeting. • Construction will not start until May 1, 2012 due to Endangered Species Act compliance.

  3. Post Authorization Change Report (PACR) • Sacramento City/County completed providing all existing hydrology on April 14th. Reviewing County General Plan with County staff to determine future hydrology. • Corps to complete hydrology review and start floodplain determinations next month. • Delay in receiving hydrology has caused PACR schedule to slip from completion in January 2014 to July 2014.
