  2. Practice Records & Pass off sheets Practice Records -Due First day of the week -Rubric is located at the bottom of the PR -Please sign each week not all right now Pass Off Sheets -Objectives for 6 weeks -Lesson plan -Sheet is due the last week of the 6 weeks ( )

  3. Class Expectations Class Expectations -Turn in Supplies -Participate in class and concerts -Communicate with directors Rewards and Discipline -Parties -Discipline Folder ( )

  4. Extra Expenses TSMS -T-shirts -Contests -Parties/Band Banquet -Food at various events ( )

  5. Uniforms TSMS -Tux check out in class -We have to order more shirts will come in later this month -Need black slacks, shoes, and socks Bow Ties and Cummerbunds will be issued to every student with their tux shirt. There will be a form going home with the shirts that states the replacement cost of bow ties, cummerbunds, and tux shirts. You will be expected to replace these items if lost. ( )

  8. Band Council -Organize special events -Plan fun activities for the band -Assist directors when needed in class -Serve as role models for other students -Assist before and after concerts ( )

  10. ( ) What is the practice-a-thon? • Required!!!!! BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH, PICNIC • 4 hours of awesome practicing with great teachers • Honors 2 hours on district music; 2 hours with guest conductor • Symphonic 2 hours with guest conductor; 2 hours band rehearsal • Concert 2 hours with guest conductor; 2 hours for brass/woodwinds/percussion skills • Concert Winds 2 hours with Mr. Surface; 2 hours with guest conductor • BPO will be selling cokes and candy during lunch and after we finish.

  12. Concert Times and Protocol Fall Concert: Each band will be meeting in various locations at TCHS. They will have to be in that location at 6:30 this year in concert black wearing bow tie and cummerbund.. Every other Concert: Each band will be meeting in various locations at TCHS. They will have to be in that location at 7:00 this year in concert black wearing bow tie and cummerbund. ( )
