  6. The Great Dessert Auction All of this money supplements the High School Color Guard.

  7. How Can I Help? • Work in the Concession Stand • Volunteer to help in band office • Volunteer as a Chaperone on trips • Work at local and All-Region Band Events • Volunteer to assist with other fundraisers

  8. Concession Stand • We have the concessions at all Lake Hamilton football, basketball, and track events. • All of this money benefits LH Band Students. • All Junior & Senior High students must work at least one event. • Parent Sign-Up’s are in the hall, or turn in the sign-up sheets that will be sent home. • The contact person is Vicki Cole.

  9. Dodge Truck Give Away • The truck is donated by Tim Parker Auto • Tickets will be sold for $5 each. Patrons will take the receipt dealership, receive a t-shirt, and place their tickets in the bin for the drawing to be held in November.

  10. Money All fees are due! Please make sure of the following: • Checks are made payable to LH Band • Write your child’s first and last name on the memo line • Send separate check for siblings If you send cash, please send exact money only, we do not have any change.
