  3. HISTORIA DE LA TELEMEDICINAEN LAS FAS Inicios: 1996 ( Madrid) 2002: Cte. Médico Hernández Abadía se hace cargo de la Telemedicina HCD “Gómez Ulla” y empieza su verdadero desarrollo. Primero fue Madrid y le siguió Zaragoza (2003). A continuación se fue estableciendo en el resto de los Hospitales Militares. Se realizó un intento de instalarse en Unidades Ej Base Aérea de Zaragoza

  4. Historia de la telemedicina • 2002 se compran los equipos. Inicialmente el sistema de videoconferencia es por RDSI hasta 384 Kbps. • 2007 se cambia a línea SHDSL. Cada Hospital gestiona con diferentes compañías, Ej: Zaragoza trabaja con Jazztel. Gracias a que los centros de comunicación se encuentran menos de 2 Km • A partir de esta fecha se van realizando mejoras en las distintas UCO’S de las FAS que tiene equipos de telemedicina

  6. MINISTERIO DEFENSA: SANIDAD Desde 23 marzo 2012 • HCD DE MADRID • HGD DE ZARAGOZA • HGBD DE SAN FERNANDO • Clínica Militar Ferrol • Clínica Militar Cartagena • Clínica Militar Valencia • Clínica Militar Melilla • Clínica Militar Ceuta MADRID ZARAGOZA

  7. Primer Sistema de telemedicina: SHDSL Interconexión por banda ancha ( 2 Mb simetricos) de todos los hospitales de la red sanitaria militar y algunas unidades militares

Segundo sistema de telemedicina: satelites • UTILIZACIÓN DE SATELITES: INMARSAT: ancho de banda de 256 Kbps con 2 terminales SECOMSAT: trabaja con dos satélites (512k) SPAINSAT: satélite principal del Ministerio de Defensa XTAR-EUR: alternativo Las conexiones vía Satélite se utilizan fundamentalmente para la conexión con las Unidades de Sanidad militar proyectadas internacionalmente. Base Militar “Gabriel de Castilla”

  10. TELEMEDICINA Estos equipos permiten realizar: • Telemetría de signos vitales: ECG. SO2, FC, TA y Tª • Exploraciones visuales con luz fría: teleoftalmologia, teledermatología y teleotorrinolaringología • Diagnostico por la imagen: rx, Ecos, RNM, TAC • Telequirófano asistido
