  5. Why are We Unique? • We provide a wider breadth in reach of health professions than almost any other job board • We reach facilities that do not qualify as NHSC sites (including Critical Access Hospitals and Rural Health Clinics) or qualify but do not have a high enough HPSA score for NHSC funding • We have marketed ourselves nationally at job fairs and our members have marketed us as the place for rural and underserved jobs for 20 years • Candidates connect directly to our non-biased members who are knowledgeable on all programs for their state

  6. 3RNet.org • As an organization, we are best known for our job board • Our best tool to communicate 3RNet as a trusted resource for jobs in rural and underserved areas across the country • We have around 2000 visitors to 3RNet.org each week

  7. How it Works • Members and/or facilities post job opportunities using descriptions, pictures, links and even video • Candidates register for FREE for more information and new job postings • Referrals are made to opportunities listed; tracking of process by members • Searchable database allows members to make queries by specialty sought • Members utilize and market the 3RNet based on the needs of their state in collaboration with partner agencies

  9. Our Role • Drive candidates & facilities to 3RNet.org for matching • We want to be a TRUSTED RESOURCE for rural & underserved jobs • Provide members necessary tools to support safety-net facilities • A tool people can use as a CATALYST – we can be where collaboration begins
