Site Redesign Projects

This project focuses on redesigning the GOER/LMC web services group's sites, including the Employee Relations Toolkit and StateJobsNY, for improved structure and accessibility. The new GOER site features a revamped structure, dynamic Cold Fusion use, and validation plans. StateJobsNY underwent a significant makeover, transitioning from an agency HR focus to a broader audience inclusion, particularly with the addition of an internship module. Lessons learned include the benefits and challenges of design by committee and the importance of planning and communication in transitions.
