5. Brail, Home Sweet Home Brail is a small but picturestic village with 2 hotels. The romantic Hotel InLain was spectacularly renovated from a 400 years old Engadine house which also has a wonderful gourmet restaurant. Brail is jewel hidden away from the tourist sites yet only a stone throwing away. It is a 10min drive to Zuoz, famous for its well known international school, Lyceum and being the “ski paradise for children”. It is 25min to St. Moritz, famous for skiing and bob run, spectacular scenery, renowned art galleries, home to one of the most luxurious health spas and the hottest social celebrity scene…claiming 10k millionaires in Winter! Zuoz Ski School Hotel InLain In Winter, thick snow blankets the village. Its postcard scenery comes to life with the warm Christmas lights and the soft chimney smoke coming from the houses. Engadine also has the highest game density in Europe. Often, in the quiet winter nights, mountain deers come to the gardens grazing on trees and plants… Brail is 2 ½hrs away from Zurich by car or 3hrs by train. Local bus service connects Brail to the whole of Engadine. By car, it is merely 2hrs to Milan and 4hrs to Venice. Samedan has Europe’s highest altitude airport. 12. Size of Houses and Foreign Quota Both Projects A & C are built to luxury standard Each of the 4 houses has a NET usable space of approx. 500-550sqm with total construction area approx. 660sqm. Designs integrate the distinctive Engadine style with a contemporary touch. 2 of the 4 houses have “Foreign Quota*” which means any nationality will be able to buy it as holiday home, the other 2 can be bought be Swiss, EU citizens or Permit C holders * Foreigner purchase quota is calculated based on max. AZ260sqm per buyer which has already been carefully ensured by the architects. Any 2 of the 4 houses can be sold under such quota.

Appendix: Lyceum Zuoz The Lyceum AlpinumZuoz is a co-educational international boarding school set in spectacular alpine landscape at 1,750 metres above sea level near the resort of St. Moritz, Switzerland. About three hundred students from around the world follow programmes leading to the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB), the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), the Swiss Matura and German Abitur. The Lyceum campus occupies an extensive site with its own sports fields overlooking the alpine village of Zuoz.
