How Do I Apply? • Official transcripts from all universities • Statement of purpose • Current curriculum vitae or resume. • Copy of initial NBCOT certification • Copy of current OT license • 3 letters of reference • $55 application fee
Do I Need A Super Computer? General System Requirements: • Mac or PC, desktop or laptop • Newest version of Adobe Flash Player • Web Browser - Internet Explorer is NOT supported in Canvas applications. Use Google Chrome (recommended) or Firefox for PC – Firefox or Safari for Mac • Webcam • Broadband connection with 500+ mbps (DSL or Cable) • RAM: 128MB or more • Video Card: at least 64MB of video memory • Sound Card: at least 16-bit
