OK, Pre-Beginning Did any of you try any of the old CBT offerings?
And now…. • 10,000 license seats • ~2800 courses • End user (office productivity, etc.) • Technical staff (programming, OS, telecomm, etc) • Business skills (communication, meeting management, etc): in collaboration with HR Training and Development (1-year pilot) • Third year in progress
New Subscribers • Subscription service • Single sign-on login • Required: Onyen, directory role and email address • Confirmation email (active within 3 business days) • Manual upload to vendor (PID=unique id) • Confirmation email (activation complete)
Subscription Changes • No longer requires an imap account • Revisited requirement at the request of the Business School • Failed delivery messages decreased significantly • Investigating group subscriptions
Subscriber Updates • Nightly data feed from campus directory • Updates email address and last name • Manually upload to vendor
