  4. Working Groups (as presently known) Detailed mandates to be presented when reporting here the first time. Links to WG web sites provided. FOM: Facilities Operations Meeting (K.Hanke) Oversee the operation of the complex (except the LHC) and the associated experimental areas. Report on major technical problems. MSWG: Machine Studies Working Group (S.Maury) Oversee the performance of beams in the complex (all machines except the LHC, including the AD ring, and up to the targets for other facilities like nTOF…). Propose and coordinate MDs and recommend improvements to equipment/controls. EATM: Experimental Areas Technical Meeting (I.Efthymiopoulos) Organise and coordinate the exploitation, consolidation and modification of the experimental areas (North and East areas, CNGS, nTOF, AD). ITCM: ISOLDE Technical Coordination Meeting (R.Catherall) Coordinate all technical matters related to ISOLDE. SUSG: SPS Upgrade Study Group (E.Chapochnikova) Study limitations of the SPS in its role as LHC injector and for FT physics, study and propose possible options for an upgrade.
