Civil Rights Museum. Arlo Staber Tom Natt 9 th Period. Montgomery Bus Boycott. What interests me is that they actually stuck with what they were doing, and they continued on for what they knew was right. What made me upset is that Rosa Parks is dead now.

  2. Montgomery Bus Boycott • What interests me is that they actually stuck with what they were doing, and they continued on for what they knew was right. • What made me upset is that Rosa Parks is dead now. • I would like to learn more about how hard it was going through all of that.

Board of Education • What interests me is how the little girls mom fought so much just so she did not have to walk really far to go to school. • I'm angry because she had to walk that far just to go to one day of school. • I would like to know why they started an all one race school in the first place

  13. Thurgood MarshallHere on the left of the photograph is a young Thurgood Marshall. He would later go on to become a Supreme Court justice, serving from 1967 until 1991. But his greatest accomplishment of his life came in 1954 when he helped win the case of Brown v. Board of Education.

  17. Central High • What interests me is how the kids actually stayed in the school for the whole year. • What angered me is how people are over another race coming to there school. • What I like to learn more about is how the kids felt after there first day.

  18. School Closed? The central high school was closed just because 9 African Americans had to go to their school.
