  2. How Many Calories in 1 Donut… 1 glazed donut from Dunkin Donuts has 260 calories. 1 glazed donut from Krispy Kreme has 200 calories. The max amount of calories that a child should consume a day is 1600 c. The max amount of calories that an adult should consume a day is 2,000-2,500 c.

  3. To Run… If you weigh about 40 kg, you would have to run about 5 km to lose207cals. If you weigh about 50 kg, you would have to run about 4 km to lose 207 cals. If you weigh about 60 kg, you would have to run about 3.5 km to lose 217cals.

  4. If someone weighs 52.3 kg how many calories would they burn running 1 km? I found out on ‘runnersworld.com’ that the formula for calculating calories lost while running is: Calories = Kilometers × Kilograms × 1.036 So for somebody that weighs 52.3 and wants to run 1km would calculate: Calories=1 x 52.3 x 1.036 Calories burnt = 54

This person would have to run the distance of : Calories in one Krispy Kreme doughnut is 200 Calories burnt running 1 kilometer is 54 So 200 divide by 54 = 3.7 So this person has to run the distance of 3.7 kilometers to burn the doughnut. Understanding arithmetic with decimals helps you make good health decisions because you would know the exact amount of calories and the distances that you need to run to burn their calories. You could be knowledgeable by learning concepts that help calculate a range of things.

In Conclusion… The more you weigh, the more you will lose because if you are heavy, you would have to carry more weight and use up more strength and that way, you will need to pull more muscles and burn calories. If you are light, you would not have to carry a lot of weight and that way, you do not use a lot of energy that helps you to burn calories faster.
