  1. Ken Kremsky Provided Financial Analysis for the Kraft Austerity Team as Finance Lead Ken Kremsky served as the Assistant Financial Controller at Nabisco Biscuit Company. He was responsible for providing the financial statements and monthly results. Besides, he prepared the bills of materials for all the products including allocating fixed and indirect costs. He holds a broad preparing in Lean Six Sigma costing and budgetary investigation and produced misfortune remittance funds of ~$700K more than two years at Kraft Foods Group. Holding an expertise of over 20 years in manufacturing environment, Ken served as the plant controller and led numerous projects focused on cost reductions and higher efficiency.
