Routing Plan Process - Provisioning Experts Meeting All DLEs or Virtual DLEs for a CP can be listed on one RP Set up a regular (weekly?) conference call between BT TAM, CP counterpart, and BT and CP Testers, to confirm migration date, and ensure all pre work is complete. BT TAM pre-books DMA dates and Project Nos BT TAM notifies DMA reception, what DLEs are being DMA’d on booked date Go or No Go decision (probably previous day) and communication between BT and CP and DMA reception Dedicated BT Tester allocated individually to the CPs BT makes tests calls on new VDLE route e.g. CPS, IDA, NTS etc CP makes egress call on new VDLE route. CP monitors route for a few days, for traffic levels, fault reports, problems, ASR etc
