HECHO---VOLUNTARIO • Condiciones que se tienen que dar para que un hecho sea voluntario y produzca efectos juridicos: • 1)CONDICIONES INTERNAS: • Discernimiento • Intencion • Libertad • 2)CONDICIONES EXTERNAS: • Declaracion de voluntad---voluntad manifestada hacia el exterior, exteriorizada por un hecho exterior.

  4. HECHOS ILICITOS: • Importan siempre violacion de la ley. • HECHOS ILICITOS: • 1)PENALES: DELITOS TIPIFICADOS EN CODIGO PENAL. • 2)CIVILES • HECHO COTRARIO A LA LEY • DAÑO A TERCEROS • DELITOS: DOLO (INTENCION DAÑAR) • CUASIDELITOS:CULPA
