  2. Upcoming events: Dance Staff Valentines Valentine’s Day sales Mayfield Village DJ, Pool Party and Dodgeball NOTE: OUR NEXT MEETING HAS CHANGED. IT IS NOW FEB. 13 after school (a Thursday).

  3. Dodgeball Tournament, Pool, and DJ Party • Offered by the Mayfield Middle School Teen Advisory Board and Mayfield Village • Who: 6th – 8th graders at Mayfield Middle School. Please attend as it shows the advisory board is working well! • When: Thursday, January 23, 7-10 pm • Where: High School Fieldhouse • Cost: $10 presale, $12 at the door • Tickets on sale: During Lunch • TEXT YOUR FRIENDS. TWEET IT. INSTAGRAM YOURSELF PRACTICING YOUR DODGEBALL SKILLS.

  6. Dance!! • Friday, February 7– Valentine’s Day theme! • Ideas? How can we help increase attendance? • Pass around paper and record your thoughts! • We need ideas for items students will enjoy. • Be sure to come AND tell your friends! • MAKE SIGNS and bring them to Mayer or Bean next week • Admission $5, bring $ to buy goodies • 7-9 pm

February Funds • Candy Sales • After school week of 2/10 • 2 people • Email Mayer or Bean • Need signs • Flowers • Selling at lunch 1/31-1/31, 2/3-2/7. maybe 2/12 • Need sellers (6 per grade) VERY ORGANIZED PEOPLE, delivery persons (3 per grade) for 2/14 • Email Mayer or Bean ASAP • Need signs

  8. Coming Up: Staff Valentines • Next meeting, you will make a Valentine for a middle school staff member– teacher, custodian, office staff… • You will create your valentine and write a personal message…tell them something nice to make their day! You can make more than your assigned card if you have a special teacher or staff member in mind, but you must make the assigned card. • Report to the next meeting (2/13) with your art supplies as we will make them then!

  9. In conclusion… • Next meeting is 2/13 (this is a change) • See you at pool and DJ party on the 23rd • See you at the dance on 2/7 • Make signs/come to make our valentines • Keep ears open for meeting announcements • Keep doing what you do 
