9. Typical software commissioning process for field deployments • Viseum Remote Managed Support (RMS) • Initial commissioning also uses our general saliency scouting surveillance profile and from this the client understands its capabilities to specify any niche surveillance requirements for commissioning. • The commissioning process can be achieved either prior to or during live deployments and typically takes less than one week depending on the level of complexity. • Our RMS services allows the client to modify their surveillance requirements throughout the lifetime of this service (typically 3 years). • Feedback from the client during this process can be used to reduce or eliminate false triggers for when: • The PTZ should automatically follow an event. • The PTZ should automatically clarify an event. • An event should automatically create a remote alarm.

10.
