Tennis & Golfers Elbow This is an injury cause by overuse to the tendons at the elbow joint. • Dislocation This is when a bone is forced out of its normal position as a result of a hard impact causing the blood to be displaced. • Sprain This is a damaged ligament, commonly caused by a twisting of the ankle • Torn Cartilage Cartilage is a protective substance that covers the end of a bone.
