Instances Per President • Our next slide will show a bar graph that expresses what president was in office when each war took place. • We decided to incorporate this graph by presidents because it shows what president was more willing to go to war. • The president that was in office while the most wars went on was Madison and Pierce with 13 wars, but Piece was in office for only one term and Madison was in office for two. • The president that was in office while the least amount of wars took place were Hayes and Garfield, with no wars.

  5. Length of Wars by Years • We decided to make a bar graph by the length of wars by how long they lasted. • We grouped the bar graph by length because we had a lot of smaller instances that did not last longer than a year, we thought it would be easier to comprehend.
