  3. 文献导入 一、本地已存文献(如存在D盘或E盘的文献) 1）手动导入 Reference-New reference：把作者、题名、期刊、年、 卷、期、关键词、摘要等一一输入 File Attachments：可以粘贴PDF、Word、Excel等文件 2）通过QUOSA软件转入（以后单独介绍）

  4. 文献导入 二、数据库检索结果导入 常用数据库检索结果的界面一般会有Export Citations, 或Download Displayed Citations to citation manager，或Download to citation manager等，点击这些链接按提示操作即可把文献导入到.enl的文件夹中 。对于中文文献，维普和CNKI，在检索结果界面，一般点击“下载”，按提示操作，但前提是在Endnote的安装目录下必须保存有维普和CNKI的过滤器（Filter）。

  5. 文献导入（3） 三、在线检索 通过Endnote，可以检索国外一些大学和公共图书馆的馆藏，数据库方面只有Blackwell， Pubmed和ISI等数据库可以免费检索。Tools-- Online Search-- New Search,选定目标数据库。检索结果出来后，点击Copy _XX_ References to ,即可把选定的文献保存到Endnote的目标Library(.enl) 中。
