FUNCIÓN 05: ORDEN PÚBLICO Y SEGURIDAD (Evitar la inundación de la ciudad de Ica y áreas de producción) • RESULTADOS ESPERADOS DE LA EJECUCIÓN DEL PROYECTO: • Reducción de la vulnerabilidad de la poblaciónafectadapor los desbordes e inundaciones del ríoica. • Mejorar la gestiónprospectiva del riesgo, a disminuir el impacto de los desastres, como el fenomeno del niñoocurrido en el año 1998. • Evitarcostos de rehabilitacion y reconstruccion de los principalesservicossocieconomicos. • 4270 hás de tierras de cultivoprotegidasquecontribuirán a la oferta de alimentos de la población intra y extra regional. FUNCIÓN 10: AGRARIA • RESULTADOS ESPERADOS DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LOS PROYECTOS • Dotar a los valles de la Región Ica de la infraestructura de almacenamiento y distribución del agua, beneficiando a 38 000 familias de agricultores, y a un 37% de hectareas de cultivos, al 2015, respecto al año 2010. • Incremento en 10% de la produccion y productividad agricola, al 2015, respecto al 2010. • Incremento de los ingresos de los pequeños y medianosagricultores. en 10%, al año 2015, respecto al año 2010.
