  2. SOGGIORNO DEI VOLONTARI DEL ROTARY ACCORDI GIÀ STIPULATI PER I SEI MESI DI EXPO • Residenza Zara ****, Milano • 10 monolocali a 2 letti con soggiorno, cucina e servizi. • Diaria per vitto. • Abbonamento per la metropolitana. • Tenuta uniforme. PDG Carlo Michelotti Exec.Committee ROTARY@EXPO

PREVISIONI COSTI E DISPONIBILITÀ • I costi di gestione del progetto previsti ammontano a circa 1’200’000 € • vitto, alloggio, trasporto dei volontari e sostegno mensile agli eventi • affitto uffici, servizi di segretariato, amministrazione, • coordinamento con EXPO, relazioni con i media, ecc. • I proventi assicurati a tutt’oggi ammontano a circa 900’000 € • 13 Distretti Italiani & 3 Distretti svizzeri • Altri Distretti (Germania, Francia, RIBI, Olanda, ecc.) • Sponsor per eventi speciali PDG Carlo Michelotti Exec.Committee ROTARY@EXPO

SPONSOR Per colmare il disavanzo tra i contributi dei Distretti e i costi di gestione occorrono sponsor La strategia è di mettere gli sponsor in relazione con i sei eventi mensili, offrendo loro l’opportunità di una grande visibilità in un contesto irripetibile. Alcuni importanti sponsor di livello mondiale hanno già manifestato il loro interesse e intendono sottoscrivere un accordo.   5. L’impegno è davvero grande, ci sono ancora molti problemi da affrontare e da risolvere … e il tempo fugge! MANCANO ORMAI ANCORA SOLO 355 GIORNI!
