Contexte • Clinique privée (+ 800 salariés) • Statistiques TMS déjà présentées • Besoin d’évaluation RPS • Réorganisation de nombreux services prévue fin 2011 • Démarche présentée et acceptée en CHSCT • Hypothèse de manque de communication, coopération, ou reconnaissance, et pression temporelle dans certains services

  3. Objectifs • Accompagner l’entreprise dans la démarche d’évaluation RPS en étayant un pré diagnostic • Instantané : confirmer l’hypothèse par service ou par poste • Temporel : mise en place d’indicateurs comparables dans le temps TMS et RPS

  4. Mise en oeuvre • Tous les salariés concernés • Questionnaire remplit par le salarié auprès de la secrétaire • Complété de la partie médicale en fin de visite • 15 à 18 visites par jour (6 à 10 périodiques) • Saisie informatique ultérieure de la secrétaire • Analyse statistique accompagnée • Présentation en entreprise des résultats avec rapport annuel fin premier trimestre 2012
