  8. Negar las emociones como parte del proceso de aprender.

  9. Falta de compromiso con el cambio.

  10. Ignorante no es el que no sabe sino el que no quiere aprender.

  11. No diferenciar el saber del tener información u opiniones.

  12. Auto juicios limitantes

  13. ¿Que es Riesgo Psicosocial? Toda condición que experimenta el hombre en cuanto se relaciona con su medio circundante y con la sociedad que le rodea. No se constituye en un riesgo sino hasta el momento en que se convierte en algo nocivo para el bienestar del individuo o cuando desequilibran su relación con el trabajo o con el entorno. (G.
