Budget updated to account for federal budget sequestration issues • Support from US Government agencies reduced from $52.5k to $17.5k • Still have not receive the $17.5K • Number of planned exhibitors has been reduced from 62 to 52 booths • Reduced expected paid technical attendance from 490 to 420 as directed by the RESG • RESG approved a ~14% increase in registration fees to help account for part of the loss in revenue

Budget updated to incorporate required changes and still provide the 15% return • Original budget: • Revenue (without loan): $683,695.00 • Expenses (without loan): $594,495.00 • Current budget (as of April 2013): • Revenue (without loan): $587,185.00 • Expenses (without loan): $508,481.00 Conference committee did an exceptional job adjusting the conference budget to account for the $100K loss in revenue

Steven McClure (JPL) has accepted to join as Finance Co-chair Conference Budget was approved by IEEE Conference will have 2 bank accounts : a US account (in the IEEE Concentration Banking System) and an account in France Budget being updated to account for US federal budget sequestration issues Reduce expected revenue from US government supports Increase registration fees to approved 2013 fees converted to euros Reduce expected exhibitors to from 45 to 40 Increase booth registration fee to €3,000 Reducing expected attendance numbers FinanceC.
