Issues (1) • NSREC looking into using Bo Yu software, starting in 2009—TPC is likely not to use it for the paper review process. No documentation, and not transparent how to use it.
Issues (2) • Last meeting, complained about time to get 2011 NSREC hotel contract approved • HF sent detailed timeline (Thanks!) • Appears much of the delay was due to negotiation of changes between IEEE and hotel management, not because contract was sitting on somebody’s desk
Upcoming NSRECs • 2009—Quebec Hilton, Quebec, Canada, 20-24 July, Conference Chair, Mark Hopkins, Aerospace • 2010—Sheraton, Denver, CO, July 19-23, Conference Chair, Joe Benedetto, Radiation Assured Devices, Inc. • 2011—J.W. Marriott, Las Vegas, NV, Conference Chair, Kay Jobe, Boeing, July 25-29 • 2012—Conference Chair, Ken LaBel, NASA GSFC, looking for sites in eastern US, primarily Florida
