  6. El nuevo endeudamiento externo para el 2007 será de inicio US$ 236 millones, monto que resulta ser superior a la suma de los recursos externos MDRI, Cuenta del Milenio, Club de Paris y HIPC solicitados

  7. Mientras el Presupuesto del Poder Ejecutivo se ha modificado en L.150 millones el del Fondo Vial se ha modificado en tan solo L. 40.1 mm

  8. Empeoramiento de la distribución de la Riqueza

  9. Se observa una caída importante en el 2007 versus el 2006, en los recursos a ser destinados a Servicios Públicos Generales, asuntos económicos y Vivienda. En cambio ya para el 2007 los recursos destinados a servicios de Educación y Salud representan el 79.7%, frente al 70.9% aprobado para el 2006.
