  3. The light in the tunnel comes from LED lights. They are energy efficient and can be used for nine years. No insects live in the tunnel so there won’t be any pesticides on the food. Wow! Protect the environment and grow healthy food at the same time. How cool! The vegetables are for Londoners only. It doesn’t take long for them to appear on a plate. They must taste fresh, mustn’t they?
