Voting Rules During Board of Directors Meeting There are three ways to vote for members in good standing: 1) by being physically present; or2) remotely by being connected via web conference or telephone call If you are physically present, you will receive a written ballot or will be asked to vote by raising your hand www.witsa.org

Voting Rules During Board of Directors Meeting If you are participating remotely by phone or web conference, you will vote by email (ahalvorsen@witsa.org) or web conference messaging system only at the time when voting sessions are taking place In the event of a tie vote of the General Assembly or the Board, the Chairman may elect to break the tie with his/her vote (Bylaws 9.5.2) www.witsa.org

Voting Rules During Board of Directors Meeting If you are connected though WITSA’s conference call system, you will need to use either the link provided for GoToMeeting or the phone numbers provided therein.   8. General Assembly Voting Rules (Chairperson of WITSA & Board Directors) If you vote by proxy, you need to assign a member in good standing or the Chairman to vote on your behalf. The proxy form is available at the meeting web site (http://witsa.org/witsa-wp-site/witsa-ga-bod-related-meetings-october-1-2-2016-brasilia-brazil/) www.witsa.org

  9. General Assembly Voting Rules (Chairperson of WITSA & Board Directors) After you have completed and signed the proxy form, you or your assigned proxy member must send the proxy form to either the Chairman (sgutierrez@witsa.org) or the Secretary General (jpoisant@witsa.org) no later than FRIDAY, September 30th before 1:30pm Brasilia time (12:30pm EDT). www.witsa.org
