Instructions • The Students Data Gathering sheet has to be filled for each program in every Department. • The name of the sheet will be the name of the program. • Grades and any remaining dues information of students in their previously cleared courses will be entered by the operators using the system user interface which will be made available at the time of roll out.

  3. Students Data Gathering Sheet • There are a total of 23 values that need to be filled. • No. of Mandatory values to be filled in the sheet are 15.
