EZ-Advancer® Urinary Catheters MTG closed system intermittent catheters, inclusive of our soft introducer tip, are designed to reduce risk of recurrent Urinary Tract Infections. For many potential users, catheter insertion is very difficult using ordinary closed systems, since the tube will slip back into the bag. Fine motor use of the fingers, the ability to pinch, and then to hold the tube stable, are required to use other brands. EZ-Gripper® Urinary Catheters For decades, tetraplegic patients have been prescribed external condom or indwelling Foley catheters for bladder management since most were incapable of intermittent urinary self- catheterization. The dexterity required to open the package, lubricate the catheter, etc., was more than most could accomplish, particularly at higher injury levels. MTG set a goal of developing a

2. catheter that could be used, without help from a caregiver, for those with spinal cord injuries from C-4 through C-7 and for some people afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis. We believe that with the MTG EZ-Gripper®, we have achieved this goal. If the potential user can move one hand 3” to the left, and then 3” to the right, while stabilizing the anatomy with their other hand, he/she should be able to self-catheterize. In the case of the male, the penis will be held against the leg with one hand while the other hand moves the Gripper back and forth. In the case of the female, the user may opt to use both hands on the Gripper and pull the catheter into the urethra. Cath-Lean® Urinary Female Catheters Until recently, women were asked to use the same urinary catheter as men, particularly concerning closed system, intermittent catheters. We are proud to introduce MTG Cath-Lean®, the uniquely female closed system, affording infection protection, with discretion. Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) can be life- threatening for some users of intermittent catheters. Know that MTG Cath-Lean® provides UTI defense via the introducer tip, protecting the tube from bacteria located within the distal urethra. Potential contamination is also reduced since the sterile tube is passed from within the sterile collection bag, and into the bladder without coming in contact with the fingers, gloves, etc. Kiddie-Kath® Kids Urinary Catheters Ever wonder why nearly every pediatric intermittent catheter is in a pouch too big for a pocket? Or, if you are familiar with closed system urinary catheters, why are most pediatric products packaged with same size collection bag as adult versions? After several years of development, and listening to children and parents alike, we’re pleased to introduce MTG Kiddie-Kath®, the first closed system intermittent urinary catheter just for kids. Privacy is a big deal to everyone, especially to children when it comes to their bladder catheterizations. We believe we have addressed each concern a child might raise. MTG Kiddie- Kath® is in a child-friendly “Mini-Pak “ outer container, and easily fits in a pocket or purse. When opening, the wrapper is soft and quiet so the other kids in the restroom won’t wonder what’s going on behind the stall door. We also learned that many children are self-conscious about lubricant spills on their clothes, and discarding used catheter supplies in a school waste can.
