DON’T • Take on too much work out of fear of saying “No" • Use alcohol or drugs as a coping mechanism • Work excessive hours - aim for a better work-life balance instead • Try to hide work-related stress, as this can make the situation worse - remember help and support are only possible if your manager knows you have a problem!
