Master Warning System • Consists of: • 2 MASTER WARNING switchlights • Annunciator panel light cluster- each light has a legend. Red lights = warning requiring immediate action. Amber or white lights indicate a caution requiring immediate attention but not necessarily immediate action.
Annunciator Panel • Operate in conjunction with MASTER WARNING lights. • When illuminated- remain on until fault is corrected. • If red light- the MW lights also come on. • 2 MW lights- 1 ea. Side.- flash until reset by depressing (re-arms MW lights for next use) even if causing fault is corrected. • If BOTH L and R GEN OFF lights (amber) come on at same time- MW come on (only time an amber light trips MW lights)
Annunciator Panel ctn. • Lights dim automatically when PANEL LIGHT CONTROL sw. is ON • Rotary test sw. to ANNU- causes all annunciators to illuminate- only verify’s lamp integrity- red light abv. Rotary test sw. on any time sw. is in any pos. except OFF. • Various audio warnings- see table 4-1- audio test feature incorporated in rotary sw
