The Three Targets Our logo shows the circles for HOME, COMMUNITY and SCHOOL in a linear arrangement.
The Three Targets What this grant will provide, however, interlocks Home, Community and School so that each affects the other, and each is affected by the other in some way. The graphic representation would be an overlapping arrangement.
The Three Targets In this arrangement, we get a 6-sided arrangement, which can represent our six major goals.

The Six Goals In order to be effective in each area, the learning center will strive to reach six goals. Our success will be judged by national standards from the PTA, the NAESP and the 21st CCLC program.

The Six Goals The first three goals involve areas of improvement that we expect for the students: • Improved academic performance • Improved behavior • Improved attendance

Weekly Academic Topics • Computer Skills • The Arts: Visual and Performing • Science and Nature • Critical thinking

Periodic Offerings • Substance Abuse Education • Anger and Stress Management • Character Education
Expected Improvements • Better self concept • Increased respect for rules, others • Fewer incidences of poor behavior at home and at school
