Web Leave System Updates • Data Clean-up Reminder • Identify employees who remain in the web leave system, but no longer earn leave • Print the 2012 Monthly Breakdown Report for reference • Work in the current year (2012), not in the year in which the EE terminated or became ineligible • Post leave transaction to decrease the number of annual, sick and bonus leave balances (from the Monthly Breakdown Report) • Enter the EE’s status and effective date in the Comments field • Go to Modify Employee Database, select the EE and click on “Delete” to remove from the Web Leave System • Review the final Monthly Breakdown Report for zero balances www.ncsu.edu/human_resources/benefits/
Web Leave System Updates • Please… • Maintain accurate leave records • Keep records up to date • On a timely basis, zero out balances for those who are not eligible to earn leave, and delete the EE from the Web Leave system • Quarterly audit reminder • Look at non-leave earning employees who are still in the web-leave system • Consequences for non-compliance www.ncsu.edu/human_resources/benefits/
