Updates - • Managers RLS meetings – • Linac RLS MEETINGS • Completed first pass • Booster RLS MEETINGS • Completed first pass on all Booster Tasks • Several activities still need better defined RLS • Anode, New Booster Cavity, Radiation/Shielding, Collimation, Physics • PIP Handbook • We are working on a PIP handbook for the Directorate that will be given to the DOE office by the end of the month. Some of you may be asked to assist in the area you are managing. • PIP Management document also in progress… • PIP Physics document will also be completed this Spring…. • RFQ/LEBT • RFQ connected to LEBT, Conditioned again... • Beam Transmitted 40ma – very little tuning required!! • Work on transmission/tuning • Next step will be to connect up some diagnostics and make energy measurements • Budget News • Departments turned in labor and M&S funding for FY13 & FY14 • Lab will now work out lab wide budget – • By end of January will have some numbers to report – what we get is another story
