  2. What are the water resources? • The water resources rivers and streams, in the winters they freeze over.

  3. What is the range and average temperature? • The temperature is mild? • Neither extremely hot or cold? • Summers can be hot and dry? • Winter can be cold and snowy?

  4. What is the climate like? • For part of the year the forest is lush and teems with life but as the days get shorter and colder. • Everything starts to die animal start to go underground or leave.

  5. What is the range and average of precipation? • 30 inches per year. • Enough to make the forest green, lush and full of life.
