  2. Why have a joint members forum? • Consistency of partnership working (WCC & Districts) • Direct link to other partnerships • Offers county-wide approach with local focus • Member and senior officer involvement in key decision making

  3. Agreed Aim To create a Joint Worcestershire Integrated Passenger Transport Strategy and deliver it for the County and District Councils and their partners.

  4. Agreed Objectives 2.1.To prepare and have adopted a Joint Worcestershire Integrated Passenger Transport Strategy by constituent authorities, including the Statutory Bus and Information Strategy required to be produced by the County Council; 2.2.To prepare, implement and monitor a Delivery Plan for the Joint Worcestershire Integrated Passenger Transport Strategy; 2.3.To ensure Worcestershire has a countywide strategic approach to Passenger Transport ensuring co-ordination of the work of the sub groups and partnerships. 2.4.To act as a focus for strategic liaison, partnership development with key agencies, and to exert regional influence.
