Expected outputs • Positive assessment of the first GEO decade • Endorsement of the new GEO strategic Plan 2016-2025 as the framework for the next decade, including the new implementation mechanisms and the associated implications on resources to be made available. • Substantial discussion and agreement on key priorities?, initiatives? within the agreed framework (announcements?) • Peer consultations • Commitment on specific actions included in the declaration
