Rolling Hills Elementary • Install a new kitchen hood • Renovate the hvac system in north wing • Install a new asphalt shingle roof on north wing • Install WiFi • Renovate existing classrooms and common areas • New casework in classroom • New Flooring • New interior doors • Keyless locks on exterior doors • Paint interior • Exterior paint • Rehab site drainage and parking lots

  3. Mountain Gap P-8 • Construct new central office area to tie the two buildings together • Install a new kitchen hood and renovate the kitchen and cafeteria • Rehab the electrical system and main breaker panel and install WiFi • Complete HVAC renovation of the elementary wing • Install a new school marquee, and improve the playgrounds • Construct new locker rooms and public restrooms in the gym • Complete the site drainage improvements for the campus

  4. West Huntsville Elementary Site • Repair roof leaks and seal the leaking areas above the Free to Teach area.
