Types of Volunteers(Central California CFC) • The LE program offers a great developmental opportunity to enhance management, organizational, planning, networking skills, and to develop abilities that will benefit candidates on an upwardly mobile path • The revision of our 2013 LE Program allows for part time and VERY part time LEs • Commitment levels of ½ day to 1 day per week, 1 day per month or longer will be available to promote agency engagement • Loaned Executives
Types of Volunteers-FLEx Team(CFC Central CA) • The FLEx Team runs all year long and not only during campaign period • Offers ALL federal agencies the opportunity to get involved and help their CFC • Delegating projects and tasks to FLEx Team members keeps campaign expenses down • FLEx Team utilizes skills-based volunteering…natural talents & abilities are easy for most people to share • Tem members gain new skills in areas such as project management, computer skills, goal setting, customer service, marketing and interagency relations • Offers FLEx-ability (any day, any time!) • NOT limited to federal employees
