PERIOADA CONTEMPORANA: • In prezent la nivel european orasele s-au extins foarte mult ajungand la nivel de megalopolis: • Megalopolisul englez: ocupa partea central-nordica a Angliei si concentreaza peste 33 mil. locuitori.Acesta include:Londra,Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool,Sheffield, Nottingham, Leeds.
