Using NARRATIVE to enhance LEARNING and project EVALUATION X X
Nature of interaction between faculty and residents Faculty played a facilitator’s role, encouraging problem solving and only providing practical wisdom where appropriate
Lessons learned • integrate e-mentoring program into existing residency program • CoL promotes self-management of learning • Enhance technology for interactive teaching sessions • Train faculty in skills of community building & collaborative learning
Dr Brant, e-Mentor “I’m totally excited to be a part of this project because I see huge potential for it. For the future of radiology education and particularly in support of RSNA’s efforts in international education …. because if we can teach over the internet, then academic radiologists at universities … everywhere can assist in the training of radiologists in less developed countries”.
